Image processing

Images selected in PixSqueeze tools are decoded, resized, compressed, converted or assembled into a PDF inside your web browser. They are not uploaded to or stored on PixSqueeze servers. Temporary preview URLs and results exist in the current browser session and are released when you remove files, replace them or close the page.

Because there is no image-upload backend, we cannot view, recover or restore your selected files. Keep your original files until you have checked the downloaded results.

Technical access data

Like most hosted websites, our hosting provider may process basic request data such as IP address, browser type, requested path, approximate time and security signals. This information supports delivery, reliability, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. It does not include the images you process locally.

Analytics and consent

With your permission, PixSqueeze uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, general feature use, device and browser categories, and approximate location. The Google Analytics tag is not loaded unless you select “Allow analytics.” Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage and can be changed using “Analytics settings” in the footer.

Google processes analytics information under its own privacy policy. PixSqueeze does not send the images you select or the compressed results to Google Analytics. Analytics is optional and declining it does not limit any image tool.

Advertising

PixSqueeze may display advertisements in clearly marked areas. Advertising partners, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and measure ads subject to their own policies and applicable consent requirements. Placeholder ad areas in the current site do not by themselves load advertising code.

Links to other sites

Our guides may link to external sources or authorities. Their sites operate under their own privacy practices. Review the destination before sharing personal information.

Children’s privacy

PixSqueeze is a general-purpose utility and is not directed to children under the age required for independent consent in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect child profiles.

Policy changes

We may update this policy when the product, service providers or legal requirements change. The revision date at the end of this page shows the latest published version.
